Sugar Snowballs

I was just sitting here thinking about winter and snow and remembered these cookies. They are the same as Mexican Wedding Cookies, if you know what those are, but they are called. . .

Sugar Snowballs

Mix together: 1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Add: 1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well with your hands. Form balls. Bake at 375* for 8 min. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. They are cute (and yummy). No picture because I didn't make them today. I'm too fat.

What a fun blog! I know these aren't cookies, but would you post your wonderful recipe for the golden graham snack mix yummy stuff that you sometimes bring to parties? Or could you email it to me? I always want to make that for things, but I don't have a recipe. Thanks!!
